I noticed that some junior employees who joined our company lacked the necessary skills, even though they were graduates from well-known universities with impressive academic records

While working remotely for a company in Singapore, I also taught at a reputable private university in Indonesia

During my time as a lecturer, I discovered that many of the subjects my students were studying didn't fully prepare them for the real-world job requirements

Recognizing the gap between the worlds of education and industry, I have shared my workplace experiences with my students to prepare them for the competitive world of work and business
